After viewing the information indicated in the system, please do submit your Booking Request by clicking the <BOOK> button which directly deliver to our service center for processing. Our well trained travel consultants will revert the booking status and our personalized advice in the follow-up reply.

How do I make payment for any purchase of air tickets, packages and hotels booking? |

Thank you for using Travel Success's travel arrangement services.
Payment shall be made by cash, cheque in HK Dollars currency (post dated cheque is not applicable), bank transfer or internet banking transfer with respective copy and credit card (please note that the credit card shall be in your own name). |

How do I pick up my tickets and vouchers? |

For customers in Hong Kong, you can come to our service counter at Suite 1107, 11/F., Great Eagle Centre 23 Harbour Road Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Specific case shall be arranged accordingly.
For customers overseas, we could send ticket to the hotel in Hong Kong where you stay or we can deliver ticket and vouchers by courier with surcharge. |

How can I choose the combination of a package that fits my expectation? |

You just need to input your package destination and travel period. Our system will simply show various choices of airfares with hotels ranging from different scope of stars grading and hotel style as well.
Related terms and conditions including air ticket peak season surcharges, extension stay and ticket validity extension surcharges if applicable are shown. |

What is the minimum number of days necessary for package reservations? |
| A |
It depends on the type of packages, the general leadtime is :
-Normal packages for short haul - 3 working days;
-Normal packages for long haul - 7 working days;
-Seasonal packages - 10 working days;
-Special themed packages such as cruise - 30-45 working days;
**Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days.
More seasonal and special packages could be found under the category of HOT OFFER.
